FULL TEXT OF THE JUDGMENT/ORDER OF BOMBAY HIGH COURT
1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Arguable issues are raised. Hence, Rule.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents waives service after Rule.
4. The Rule is made returnable peremptorily on 07 February 2025.
5. If respondents wish to file any additional pleadings they should do so by 15 January 2025.
6. If the petitioner wishes to file any rejoinder or pleadings, the same should be done by 31 January 2025.
7. Till the final disposal of this petition respondents are restrained from taking any further proceedings in pursuance of the impugned reinvestigation notice dated 09 April 2024.
