NOTIFICATION No. 111/2016-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, the 18th August, 2016

G.S.R. 800(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby invests the officers specified in column (1) of the Table below, with the powers of the Customs Officer of the rank specified in column (2) of the said Table, in the jurisdiction specified in Notification No. 77/2014-Customs (N.T.), dated the 16th September, 2014 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section(i), vide G.S.R. 654 (E), dated the 16th September, 2014, namely:-
