Khanwilkar & Sanjay Kishan Kaul on 19 May, 2022 in the case of Jaswinder Singh (Dead) through LR Versus Navjot Singh Sidhu & Ors in Review Petition (Crl.) No.477, 478 & 479 of 2018 in CRL.A. No.60 of 2007 allowed the Review Petition and sentenced Sidhu for a rigorous imprisonment of one year.
