Subject: E-mail id’s to handle the queries related to Unified Portal‑ regarding.

Dear Madam/Sir,

The new Unified Portals has been launched by EPFO for PF members, employers and field offices, and can be accessed through “epfindia.gov.in“.

2. To handle the queries pertaining to them, below mentioned e-mail ids have been created:

A. employerfeedback@epfindia.gov.in

B. employeefeedback@epfindia.gov.in

C. fofeedback@epfindia.gov.in

3. It is requested that all the queries pertaining to the Unified Portal may kindly be directed to the above mentioned e-mail ids only, since a dedicated control room has been created to handle these e-mail id.s.

    I APPLIED FOR PF WITHDRAWAL THRU ONLINE ON 21.08.18 AND MY CLAIM IS SETTLED ON 23.08.18 FOR Rs. 30,000.00. I received SMS from your office mentioning that my claim is settled and the claim amount is transferred to my Bank Account ending 1235 thru NEFT on 24.08.2018 and also mentioned that the amount will be credited to my within 3 working days.

    Today is one week. Still my claim amount is not credited into my Bank Account. I am still ill and I withdraw money from my PF account for my medical expenses.

    I enquired in my Bank and they informed me that it will take one day to credit my account from other bank thru NEFT. Tomorrow is Saturday and I cannot contact your office due to leave on Saturday and Sunday. I am really need the money very urgent and I have doubt that whether the money is forwarded thru NEFT or not. If the money is forwarded thru NEFT it will not take this much time to credit in to my account.

    Please look into this matter very seriously and take action to credit the amount in to my Bank Account as soon as possible.
