We have observed that MCA is Frequently updating versions of its online forms to remove the discrepancy in earlier versions. In view of the same we request our readers to download new form every time they have to fill and upload a form. In addition to this In case there is any issue faced by stakeholders in filling up or filing any of the 46 e-forms, they are requested to raise ticket with MCA helpdesk by using link www.mca.gov.in/MinistryV2/complaints.html.

- Version of Forms INC-1, INC-7, CHG-1, CHG-4, CHG-6, CHG-9, SH-7, MR-1 has been updated on 08-05-2014. Please ensure that you have downloaded the latest version for filing.
- Version of Forms INC-1, CHG-1, GNL-1, INC-28, GNL-2, MSC-4, DIR-3, DIR-6, URC-1, DIR-12 has been updated on 07-05-2014. Please ensure that you have downloaded the latest version for filing.
- Version of Forms INC-22, SH-7, MR-1, PAS-3, INC-7, DIR-12 has been updated on 06-05-2014. Please ensure that you have downloaded the latest version for filing.
- Version of Form DIR-3 and DIR-11 has been updated on 04-05-2014. Please ensure that you have downloaded the latest version for filing.
- Version of Form INC-1, Form MGT-14, Form GNL-1, Form GNL-3, Form DIR-6, Form DIR-12, Form CHG-4 has been updated on 3rd May 2014. Please ensure that you have downloaded the latest version for filing.
- 46 new e-forms have been made available for filing w.e.f. 28.04.2014. In case there is any issue faced by stakeholders in filling up or filing any of these 46 e-forms, they are requested to raise ticket with MCA helpdesk by using link www.mca.gov.in/MinistryV2/complaints.html. In addition to describing the problem in the ticket they should also attach the filled form along with error screen shot for speedy redressal of the issues. The stakeholders should quote the ticket number while making correspondence with MCA offices.

This is the biggest problem with any organization of Govt Of India.All the govt organizations have got expertise in creating the maximum harassment to the people.Any action which will cause the harassment to the public and make the public move from post to pillar will bring the sadistic pleasure for the govt babus who have been wasting the hard earned money of the people in sitting their air conditioned chambers and keep on making destructive changes in the rules ,forms ,regulations etc.They keep them busy in drafting and redrafting the rules etc and make a very big show of doing something great and enjoy the totally useless changes because the people stand harassed.We do not know whether this country shall have people friendly babus or not.May God save the nation from these useless babus who create unbearable hardships in several matters and to name few Income tax,Service tax,Excise and now MCA.

I am facing the same issue. And I have raised the complaint on 29-4-13 but ni but no any reply hav been received till now. And even as only Ibe chance of correction is provided by d syatem, I have lost d money.
The govt should take necessary steps regarding the same at the eaieat. Hop something good will be initiaied by the MCA.

Facing severe issues in uploading Form INC.1.
Form INC.1 Duly filled in (Fresh form downloaded on 09.05.2014). After successful prescrutiny, we we try to upload the form, error msg appearing ” Please fill in all the details”. After this when we open the form, it appears that PAN, ID Proof, etc., in the Proposed Directors Column has disappeared after prescrutiny. Once again, if we clear the signature and do a prefill, the entire prefilled info for DIR 2 is appearing as in Dir 1.
Any users facing such issue ? and possible solution ?
