STEPS FOR CERTIFICATION
1. Login on MCA website.
2. Click on the link ‘GET CERTIFIED COPIES’ which is on the left hand side of screen under the head ‘QUICK LINKS’Online GST Certification Course by TaxGuru & MSME- Click here to Join
3. Enter Company name or CIN no. and search for the company on MCA web portal.
4. It will display the company name and its CIN no. Click on the CIN no.
5. Select the category of documents to be certified from the options given and select the documents to be certified. Documents can be selected either name-wise or date-wise.
6. Enter the page numbers to be certified and number of copies required. Then click on ‘GET FEE DETAILS’.
7. Select pay option and make online payment for the same. Save the receipt generated through system and take a copy of the same.
8. Following documents are to be submitted in MCA office while making an application for certification of Documents:
9. Once the above documents are submitted, the copies of the certified documents have to be collected from the MCA Department in about 10-12 days
