Amendments in Schedule XV to the Companies Act, 1956

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 641 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) read with clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 108B of that Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule XV to the said Act, namely.

New Delhi, the 21st September, 2001

G.S.R. 686(E) :-   In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 641 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) read with clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 108B of that Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule XV to the said Act, namely :-

In Schedule XV, the serial numbers 3,4,5 and 6 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
