Dear CMAs, As we aware that qualification without knowledge like Bird without wings. Where is monopoly, there is corruption. This type arguments among us are not reflecting truely professional. We all know that CAs are making more propaganda and imitating the others symbol, using CAs prefix fashion before name like Doctor used as “Dr” for their professional etc.

We always respect to CAs but same things can not expect from a CA towards CMA bcoz they feel something……

I have practical experience that in my company, there are 7 qualified professional joined with my reference including 4 CAs and 3 CWAs. Where as one CA out of 4 CAs after 6 months approached to me to help to absorb 2 CAs who were not properly established. You may understand better. I never did make differntiate based on qualification.

Well all things shall be solved if Our Hon Corporate Affair Ministry should think sincerly upon on this issue in order to avoid Satyam Type cases in future. They should allow CMA to audit as like CAs to give more transparancy& productivity. I am sure this things will be happened sooner or latter.

    All the Best.
United we stand divided we fall. Respect ourself before respect to others, I can say that much(Swabhiman).
