Members who have not filed self deceleration for Calendar Year 2014 file the same now.

I am fellow member of the institute and hold the COP from 2008 till March 2013. from April, 2013 I am not holding any COP. Although being being an learner, I had following approaches

1)I had routine habit of reading articles of the all the three bodies of the institute and almost 4-5 articles of all three journal were read on regular basis in each of the month.

    2) I am visiting faculty of NIRC ICMAI on regular basis for various subjects and almost two batches were taughted.

    3) Apart from above, habit of learning for new updates through emails received from various professionals like CA Club India, Tax Management, Voice of CA and so many.

    4) I had not yet filed any self declaration with the ICAI regarding the activities were taken during the last five year.

Can anyone please clarify the following aspect

Can I file declarations for all the three years and

if no can I file declaration for the current year only stating about 200 hours of learning through technical material ofcourse learnt as well as reading of almost 100 artilces of all three bodies, then how much credit of hours institute shall give.

    Regards

I am a fellow member of the Institute. I am not holding COP. I am in business. I just want to Know:
    1. Are there any specific articles in our Institute’s journal, which are eligible for CP hours credit.
    2. How do I determine the CP hours allowable per article of the journal.
    3. What are the consequences for the members like me, who are in business and not holding COP, for not completing the CP hours.

I Am an Associate Member having full time – COP. My Associate year is 2012.
My Question is do I Need to comply the Mandatory 30 hrs of CPE (20+10) of 2012 (being First Year of membership) or do I need to just complete 30 hrs of 2013 only (as I heard that the first Year is exempt).
