Name of work: – the offers are invited from the firms of charted accountants for conducting the different accounting work of corporation in two covers bid system. The first cover bid will contain the pre-qualification criteria and the second cover will contain the price bid.
1. The price bid of the firms fulfilling the pre-qualification criteria only, will be opened. In the first cover , which contains the pre-qualification criteria should scribe “Cover No.1 pre-qualification criteria” whereas the second cover which contains the price bid should be super scribe on the envelope that “Cover No.2 price bid.” Both covers should sealed separately and packed in another envelope which should be addressed to the Managing Director, G.W.R.D.C.

2. The Blank tender forms will be issued during date:01-02-2017 to date:20-02-2017.
3. The tender document will be available at price of Rs.500/- payable in the cash or by demand draft name of M.D.G.W.R.D.C.Ltd Gadhinagar payable at gandhingar during counter hours from 10.30 A.M. to 4.00 P.M. on working days.
4. The completed offer, E.M.D. & Other Document packed in the above stated manner should reach by RPAD/Speed post to the above address on or before 28-02-2017 Up to 16.00 Hrs.

NOTICE INVITING OFFERS FOR THE DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS WORKS OF THE
CORPORATION FOR THE YEAR 201 6-2017
Gujarat water Resources Development Corporation Limited., Gandhinagar is a Government Company presently engaged mainly in maintenance and repairs of various pipelines of Sujalam Sufalam Yojna, pressurised Irrigation Network system & other schemes as per programmes approved by Govt. of Gujarat, besides the activities of maintenance of tubewells, Lift Irrigation Schemes and supply of water to the irrigators etc. Gujarat water Resources Development Corporation Limited., wants to appoint the firms of Chartered Accountants (having office @ Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar) for various assignment as under:
1. Tax Audit for the financial year 2016-17 (A.Y. 2017-18.) As per scope of works given in Annexure-1 & offer for price bid in Annexure-1 (A) .
2. Audit of the accounts of GWRDC CPF Trust for the financial year 201 6-1 7(A.Y.2017-1 8) As per scope of works given in Annexure-2 & offer for price bid in Annexure-2(A)
3. Audit of the accounts of GWRDC Gratuity Trust Fund for the year 2016-17 as above (A.Y. 2017-18) As per scope of works given in Annexure-3 & offer for price bid in Annexure-3(A).
4. Audit of the accounts of GWRDC Leave Encashment Trust Fund for the year 2016-17 as above & A.Y.201 7-1 8. As per scope of works given in Annexure-4 & offer for price bid in Annexure-4(A) .
5. Work of certification of stock verification of physically stock as on 31/3/2017. As per scope of works given in Annexure-5 & offer for price bid in Annexure-5(A).
The firms fulfilling the following criteria may send their offer in the prescribed format by dated:28/02/2017 quoting fees in annexure given with enclosed assignment.
The offer should include fees, TA/DA, all other charges/Cost etc. Only applicable service tax will be paid separately.
i) Firm should be a Partnership firm.
ii) Firm should be empanelled with Comptroller and Auditor General of India, New Delhi.
iii) Firm should have standing of 07(Seven) years in the field of auditing, taxation matters and have carried out Internal Audit of Government under takings as well as audit of Government works for at least three years.
The offer may be written in English. All pages of offer must be properly numbered and initialed by authorized signatory of the firm.
G.W.R.D.C.Ltd. reserves right to accept or reject all or any offer without assigning any reason.
G.W.R.D.C.Ltd. also reserves right to assign work to any firm of Chartered Accountants.
1. M.D. :-
The E M D Rs.1000/- in the form of Crossed Demand Draft or fixed deposit or fixed deposit at-call receipts with a validity period of not less than six months of Nationalized or Scheduled bank F.D.R drawn in favour of Managing Director G.W.R.D.C.Ltd, Gandhinagar concerned. Earnest money by cheque & Bank Guarantee shall not be accepted.
2. TENDER FEES:
The Tender fees Rs.500 in the form of cash or by demand draft at the name of M.D. G.W.R.D.C.Ltd Payable at Ganadhinagar.
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT:
5% of the Security Deposit of the approved rate in the form of Narmada Bond of Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd. Or in any form of National Small saving (N.S.S) Schemes or F.D.R. of any Schedule Bank to be paid within 10 days from the date of receipt of Acceptance letter of his offer.

6. SUBMISSION OF TENDER :-
