S.O. 523(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 (53 of 2000), the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th day of June, 2001 as the date on which the provisions of section 80 of the said Act shall come into force.

The learned Company Judge held that the Petitioners grievance in regard to ouster from the management of the company is legitimate and justified; that respondent No.3 had manoeuvred the matters in such a manner to result in the ouster of the Petitioner No.1 from the management of the Company.
