A fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Registered Valuer with The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), he is engaged in rendering transaction advisory services, tax litigation management and valuation of securities. He is a professional with over 15 years of in-depth exposure in corporate tax advisory, tax assessment and litigation, international taxation, transfer pricing, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, audits, due diligence, risk mitigation, corporate laws, Goods and Service Tax (GST) and other indirect tax laws.

Job Experience

Prior to this, he was associated with Vodafone India , managing International and domestic tax matters involving cross-border and domestic taxation issues, withholding tax issues, M&A and restructuring, interpretation of tax statutes and treaties, tax compliance, litigation and planning. He has also worked with Bansi S. Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants, where he also underwent articleship training.
