She has worked with Rites Limited (a government undertaking), DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance Company Limited and Silverglades Developers Private Limited (a Real-estate group). she looks after the secretarial work, Start-ups incorporations / Registrations and compliances thereof, Reserve Bank of India directions, Direct Listing and Delisting, special transactions advisory like mergers, demergers, SEBI, FEMA, Labour Laws, NCLT, IPR, Audits, Compliance Reports, Compliance Disclosures etc. of corporate clients. Her core area of working is NBFC Registration and RBI compliances.
