Declaration under Section 13(1)(c) of Income Tax Act, 1961

THAT I know the facts of the following declaration and I am competent to make this declaration.

THAT any part of such income or any property of the trust is during the previous year not applied, directly or indirectly for the benefit for the persons referred in 13(3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

THAT I know that persons referred in 13(3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 as below

1. Author/Founder of the trust

2. Person made substantial contribution (i.e., exceeding Rs 50000)

3. Family members being author being HUF

4. Trustee or manager of the trust

5. any relative of any such author, founder, person, member, trustee or manager as aforesaid;

6. any concern in which any of the persons referred to in clauses (a), (b), (c), (c), (d) and (e) has a substantial interest.

THAT the trust in future also Trust will not incur for persons specified in 13(3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 out of such income or any property of the trust directly or indirectly.

THAT the above statement is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
