Vide above referred Trade Circular, the Sales Tax Department (“the S.T.D.”) barred the unregistered dealers/ persons/employers from directly paying their tax/ interest/ penalty/composition money/fees/fine/ amount forfeited/ amount of TDS into the Government Treasury.
