In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedure.
Import Policy (including Phytosanitary requirements) given in the ITC (HS) Classification of Import and Export Items and on furnishing of Health Protocol from the Ministry of Agriculture , Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying at the time of import.
