Accounting regulator ICAI today said it will soon conclude the disciplinary proceedings against S Gopalakrishnan and Srinivas Talluri , the two auditors embroiled in the multi-crore Satyam fraud . PricewaterhouseCoopers affiliates agreed to pay $25.5 million to former Satyam Computer Services Ltd investors to settle US litigation over the audit of the Indian outsourcing company.
