The last date for submission of application on the website www.meficai. org October, has been extended to 6th 2008 and the last date for receipt of duly signed hard copy of declaration (alongwith the acknowledgement of soft submission of application) at the Institute’s Delhi office has been extended to 16th October, 2008. I do not have Unique Code Number. How do I obtain it? Ans.Unique Code Number is allotted when the application for the empanelment for Bank Branch Auditors' Panel is accepted for the first time. New applicants or those whose numbers are not available in the ICAI database, will be allotted new Unique Code Numbers during the process of preparation of panel for the year 2008-09.
