PCE (Professional Competence Examination) candidates should note the changed sequence of papers (as given in the time table printed on reverse of Admit Card) for May, 2012 examinations and that the examination for Group-I will commence on 3 rd May,2012 and Group-II will commence on 08th May, 2012. Candidates who have applied for May 2012 Chartered Accountants exams are requested to note that admit cards with photographs and signatures of the candidates will be hosted on http://www.icai.nic.in generally 21 days prior to the commencement of the examination. Resolved that by virtue of powers vested under Regulation 205 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, the Council of the Institute hereby orders that candidates who register for Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC) in the respective Decentralized Office and complete eight months study course, as on the first day of the month in which examination is held would be eligible to appear in the Integrated Professional Competence Examination (IPCE) to be held.. In order to mitigate the hardship being faced by the students in registering for Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC), the Council at its 306th Meeting held from 7-9th June, 2011 decided that candidates who register for Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC) in the respective Decentralized Office on or before 16th August, 2011 would be eligible to appear in the Integrated Professional Competence Examination (IPCE) to be held in May, 2012.
