S. 90 Agreement for Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Tanzania

NOTIFICATION No. 8/2012 Whereas the annexed Agreement between the Government of the Republic of India and the Government of the Republic of Tanzania for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income signed in Tanzania on the 27th day of May, 2011 shall come into force on the 12th day of December, 2011, being the date of the later of the notifications after completion of the procedures as required by the respective laws for the entry into force of this Agreement, in accordance with Article 31 of the said Agreement.

CBDT exempts return-filing for salaried having total income upto Rs 5 lakh
