To get the Service tax Registration followings documents are required:
For Local/Single Registration
- Copy of PAN Card of the assessee.
- Proof of address of the premises to be registered. Copy of Telephone bill/Electricity bill/Rent agreement in the name of the company/firm/partner/proprietor
- Partnership deed (In case of Partnership Firm)
- Copy of Memorandum of Association. (In case of Private Limited and Limited company only)
For Centralized Registration
For Centralize registration in addition to the above documents, the proof of address in respect of each of the premises/branch for which centralized registration sought for.
I have registered online 5 days ago still i have not received paasward to enable me to fill up the form & forward details to you
what is the documental requirement for registration of properitory concern.

1) procedure for chnage of propritor of propritorship firm ( old Propritor husband change with his new propritor wife name )give me
2) also procedure for surender of service tax numbar and new one registraion number
3)is it labour contractor (houskeeping & Gardening work supplier) under service tax applicable
