I have downloaded the circular released by I.Tax Dept from incometaxindia. gov. in website. Please check the grammer wording carefully – the Central Board of Direct Taxes has decided to extend the last date for such returns which were due on 30th September, 2016 to 17th October, 2016 in order to remove inconvenience and to facilitate ease of compliance. What I understood is – Due date of Submission of Returns is extended till 17th October 2016, But Due date of Submission of Tax Audit Reports is NOT EXTENDED.
We have to submit TAX AUDIT REPORT by 30th Sept 2016 and submit I.Tax Return upto 17th Oct 2016.
    Experts please comment.
