  1. Interest Rate  on Housing Loan up to 5 Years, Above 5 years but up to 10 years, Above 10 years but up to 15 years and  Above 15 years but up to 20 years.

    sir i am a cash officer in sbi. i am living in a rent(7500rs per month in ranchi jharkhand) which is provided my bank.but i want to know that how many rupees my landowner pay in income tex.

    In this case, bank has provided you rent free accomodation, hence it will be treated perquisite in your hand. value shall be determined lower of 15% of salary or rent paid by bank, which shall be taxable in your hand.
