What a shame! Whether the prescribed penalty of Rs. 10,000/- will be collected from everybody?

How about a person since 2006 requesting the AO in writing & personal visits beside
instructions sent by I.T. systems to the I.T. department for deletion of PAN that was generated by the AO and retaining the original one which has an I.D. card.

As of July of this year 2011. 2 PAN Numbers are still showing in the web site.
