CBDT on 20.08.2014 released Revised Form 3CA-3CD & Form 3CB-3CD filing utility along with updated Schema. Revised Utility is is now available for e-Filing. CBDT has revised the Format of Tax Audit report vide its Notification No. 33/2014 dated 25/07/2014 and all Tax audit reports submitted on or after 25.07.2014 are required to be submitted in the revised format.

I am not able to generate XML file form this new utility. All i could able to generate is draft file which is not proper file to upload. If any one able to generate xml file then pleas give proper procedure.

We are unable to file tax audit reports in the new schema. The upload process is taking too much of time and eventually the page times out. Has anyone else filed report in the new format?

What is CSV?
Oh god, they have dumped the shit on us. The tool is not thoroughly tested. The CSV options are good but cannot handle more than 50 lines (my test range), the CSV is not available for Clause 34. CBDT is visualizing a small trader to use the tool, they are not looking at big companies with multiple location operations, multiple TAN nos, huge data compilations etc.
God to save the tax payer and the CA’s. I feel its punishment to work in the Finance function or handling the audits.
