    Dear Sir,
plz. i want to confirm that, if the goods are entered in Delhi the same goods will be make sale in transit. is it a possible or not

  3. HARI BABU says:

As per the Notification, invoice no., and GRN is to be entered on the web site, before the goods physically enter the State of Delhi.

GRN is prepared by the consignee in Delhi State, after receipt of the material physically in the State of Delhi.

Therefore, it is not possible to enter GRN. Instead of it must be Stock Transfer Note or Stock Transfer Challan based on which the materials move from one State to another.

Trade and Industry should bring this to the notice of the department for necessary correction in the Notification.
