Amendment in Tax on lotteries and Games under Punjab Tax on Lotteries Act, 2005

NOTIFICATION
The March 11, 2011
No.S.O.    In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Punjab Tax on Lotteries Act, 2005 (Punjab Act No. 18 of 2005), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following amendment with immediate effect, in the schedule, appended to the said Act, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said Schedule,-
(a)   serial No. 1 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted; and
(b)   for the existing serial no.3,4,6,7,8 and 9 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and the entries relating thereto shall be substituted,namely;-

    Punjab Government should show to the public its earning from lotteries per year.
