Shri Salman Khurshid Launches the New Website of the Ministry of Minority Affairs
Shri Salman Khurshid, Minister of Minority Affairs, here today launched the new website of the Ministry of Minority Affairs. Shri Vincent H. Pala, Minister of State for Minority Affairs was also present on the occasion.
The new website http://www.minorityaffairs.gov.in has been given a new look and feel and is easy to use. It groups subjects systematically under drop-down Menu bars and, therefore, allows easy navigation. The new site has also been improved in terms of content presentation, graphics design & formatting; and the browsing has been made simpler and easier. Search engine has been used in the new website with advanced/customized search. One of the highlights of the new website is that now the user can dynamically increase or decrease the font size of the content.
The new website will be available in Hindi also very shortly.
