ABCAUS Excel Inventory Template and Tracker is MS Excel based solution for small to medium size trading firms. With its help Inventory can be recorded, tracked and valued. It has a very user-friendly interface and menu driven options with pop up help boxes to prevent an undesired input. It has a help box at the Gateway with a bundled separate help file.
ABCAUS Inventory allows the user to define its inventory items (Up to 100 maximum), their part numbers and also specify their Re-order Levels for tracking and management purposes. Whenever an Inventory Item touches its user-defined Re-Order Level, the respective field turns “red” from “green”. The Inventory with red balances can be paid immediate attention.
In ABCAUS Inventory, up to three store locations can be specified and Inventory can be tracked for all the three store locations. It also supports Inventory valuations based on average cost basis for each item in each store locations.
Tranzaction Reports can be generated in a number of ways. For Example, Vendor-wise Report, Store-wise Report, Inventory Item-wise Report etc. Closing balances of inventory and their respective cost can also be generated.
