In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), number S.O. 479(E), dated the 4^th March, 2011, for “section 31 of the said Act” read “section 31 of the said Act as amended by sections 4, 5, 14, 22, 23 and section 24 of the Competition (Amendment) Act, 2007 (39 of 2007)”.
